We built this retreat for the leaders rebuilding the world from the inside out. I'm Jess, founder of ClinFactor. I've spent sixteen years inside clinical research, and in 2024 I acquired my own trial site, Altus Clinical Research, to sit on the inside of where new medicine actually gets made. I see what's coming before most clinicians do. I know what works, what doesn't, and how long it takes for breakthroughs to reach the people who need them most. ClinFactor is what I built to close that gap: curated, supervised, and explained the way I wish someone had explained it to me. And I'm Dani, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a decade in critical care. My path from the Intensive Care Unit to integrative and restorative medicine wasn't a straight line; it was a calling. When you've seen what the body endures in crisis, you stop being able to ignore the quieter question: what would it look like to help people before they end up there? For me, care goes beyond treatments; it's about remembering your wholeness. Together, we design every meal, every protocol, every silent walk, and every fire circle ourselves, so the science you trust and the ritual you crave are no longer separate rooms. Thirty seats only.
